Integration Technologies LTD., has designed HIGH TECH manifolds and Shot Ends for your die casting machinery. 


The new manifolds replace the massive spool valve meter in valving with new meter out cartridge valve designs. The ITL design improves the controllability and decreases close and open time; thus, improving your product productivity. 


Incorporated into the design are ANSI safeguards to block die closing. A monitor of the blocking valve is used to insure ANSI compliance

  NEW SHOT ENDS 



 


Our new Shot End with a servo control and is designed to precisely control the entire shot profile. Providing improved performance, higher speeds and incorporates new technology.  Our shot ends include a 3:1 intensifier with bottle assist, automatic accumulator drains, encoder positioning, rod & main area pressure transducers and a profiled control system.
