Our screens include, input, outputs, timers & counters, analog, positioning, data log and recipe storage. Using the CompactLogix Control System as the PLC of choice, ITL provides an unprecedented control design solution. ITL provides proprotional control of the die. Speeds are screens selectable and are based on linear positioning also included in the design. All process parameters are throught the control screen set and are store within a recipe for each die as required. Our design includes: - Linear positioning of die, ejectors and shot stroke. - Proportional speed control of the die and shot profile. - Machine option selection. - Interfaces for Ladle, die spray and extractor are standard. |
